CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are peptides commonly used together to stimulate the release of growth hormone. These peptides work by increasing the concentration of growth hormone, which plays essential roles in cellular growth and metabolism, leading to various benefits.
While CJC-1295 is a synthetic peptide that belongs to the category of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analogs, Ipamorelin is a selective GHRH mimetic. In simple words, GHRH is a hormone produced by the brain’s hypothalamus. This hormone’s main function is to instruct the pituitary gland to release growth hormone, or GH, into the blood.
What we know so far about CJC-1295 peptide is that it mimics the functions of growth hormones, but Ipamorelin doesn’t directly mimic GHRH. In fact, it activates ghrelin receptors to promote the release of growth hormones in a more controlled way than CJC-1295.
